Arrow e-manage tune - based on MAP

Well with my fuel system finally complete, I set up a dyno tune with a well known tuner in Miami.
My e-manage has on the latest version, 1.39, Pin changed to 7-0-B, that now as an option that allows you to select "Greddy sensor", to create a map based on MAP. (great news for all!)

Did a base run to get things started, and HP was like 315.
Comparing my last dyno sheet that I had with me, it did 350 or so (different Dyno, but both Dynojet 248c) trying to figure what has changed.
Run conditions on the 350 run, were 82 degrees 48% humidity.
Yesterday, was like 100 & 100 (man it is hot)
But 35 HP ? To much of a loss.
A/F looked good, so we up the boost some, and #s went up alittle. Tuner notice some short of mist coming from the engine bay, when getting up in boost.
He looked at the A/F chart, to see where he needed to add fuel, and had me watch for the "mist" on the next run.
I saw it right before he let off. It came from behind the engine, in the firewall area, and it went up looking like exhaust (that I could see coming from the tail pipes in the distance) at the same time.

I told him I wonder if it was the crappy paper wastegate gaskets that others have been changing, and how I planned on putting the Turbonetics ones in when I did the clutch.
He said that could be it.
So we did more runs, raising boost, and adding fuel, till we had an A/F chart that was pretty flat at 11.4 11.5.
He kept complaining that boost was fluctuating/touchy
He would set it at 7 and it would hit 8. Finally seemed to get it under control, when he would select a certain boost #, like 7.1, and it would stay there.
But the "mist" kept coming, and dyno #s were really not impressive, so we stopped till I find the leak.
Its either exhaust or boost leak.

I am thinking its the wastegate gaskets, and he is leaning to thinking it is some short of boost leak. Turbo not clocked right, some hose or tubing. Could be just 1 turbo working correctly. Seems unlikely to me, but he has seen a lot more then me.
Guess I will start disassembling, and see what I find.

So no 450HP @ 10psi in my signature yet

Tim, check the back of your hard coolant pipe towards the firewall. Mine was leaking there a bit becuase the bolt loosened up. You can tell if its leaking becuase you'll see some discoloration on the passenger side exhuast manifold, as the coolant instantly vaporaizes when it hits the hot cast iron manifold.

anyone wanting to run the latest version, 1.39, and do the Pin changed to 7-0-B, hold of.
Day after my dyno tune, the car ran bad.
So bad it would barley stay running.
I tried reinitalizing, reload map, same thing.

We tried the Map and 7-0-B settings in Dereks car, same problems.
Finally just put it back to to where it was, 7-0-1, and car runs fine again.

We are going to share the findings with GReddy, and hopefully we can find out what the problem is.
They added the Z33 to the list of vehicles for that pin out for a reason, have to find out what the benifits are, and what went wrong.
