Now, as far as the car FEELS, it is really FAST! I have much more power it seems down low and it seems a lot smoother all the way up to redline now.
As I stated above, I had this fuel system and gauge installed and I also had the ATI 9 psi pulley installed. I am indeed getting the 9 psi boost according to my Greddy boost gauge.
I will now post a pic of my dyno graph. HERE is where I was VERY dissappointed!!!
The RED line on the graph is my dyno from last year when I had the Procharger installed and only had 7 psi, no fuel system, no timing adjustment, no ecu flash.
The BLUE line shows yesterday's dyno.
As you can see, my torque numbers are better (277 to 293) and my torque curve is more favorable. My A/F is much better now. BUT, I am making THE SAME DAMN HP!!!
I offer this crappy pic of the dynos for anyone to offer an explanation or theory as to why I am getting the same HP (within sampling error) with two extra pounds of boost.
I know the first thought is the timing but Mike at AA told me that in his experience, the HP went UP 5-10 after the timing adjustment. If I remember correctly, he said he has it set at 22 at full boost. Stock (unflashed) is 28 I believe.
Your thoughts? Comments?

My best dyno last year was actually 360 HP but this is the one from last year they had saved on their computer.
Another run from yesterday actually showed 350 but these are the two that are printed out together and the numbers are close enough for you to be able to hopefully explain this for me.
POST AWAY!

One other comment. Mike said he felt that I should still be climbing after 6K RPMs up until the rev limiter (which is set at 7K now with the ECU flash) but as you can see, I'm not seeing this.
What do you all think?

Thanks for that insightful review Bill. I think we all know YOUR opinion on AAM
No one want to offer any suggestions as to why my numbers are so lame?
Come on, where are all you dyno graph gurus?

Look at the HP and where it comes on alot sooner than before..Max HP isnt alway the best, its usable HP that counts...
My thoughts is that the blowers efficincy on the Z is maxed out at 7-8 lbs and the higher boost you go on stock heads, the less gains you see..Meaning that you can probably make more HP @ 7 lbs tuned more efficiently than you can @9..More boost is not always better.Look at the turbo kits shipping @6.5 lbs and making mid to high 300 hp #'s. I personally feel that a SC is not the best solution on the Z for some reason. You really have not seen that many SC'd Z making anywhere near what the turbos are for some reason...
