I can tell you for a fact that there are no shops getting it for $4700 including the intercooler

90% of the shops are paying well over $5K. It just depends on what their discount structure is and what kind of volume they do.

I found these prices just doing a search with google

This one i believe does not come with a intercooler
$4,871
http://optionimports.com/import-store/grtukit3520o.html

This place also does not have the intercooler in the price
$4965
http://www.jscspeed.com/350z/inducti...ddy_tt_kit.htm

So my question

How much does this intercooler cost??
And how hard would it be to install at a later date. Is it something you could do yourself?

Is there any other IC for the Greddy kit other than Greddys in order to keep the support brace and the airbag sensors in place?

you would likely need to modify the piping to accomodate a different intercooler

You can use the same intercooler, but the passenger side end tank would need to be redesigned. It's the piping, not the thickness of the intercooler, that requires the removal of the brace.
