Yeah i think it would be a good race cause of the power to weight ratio. I have seen all the z's they done the blue on with the greddy kit on they're site is always up there.

I'm sure the RSX will blow the 350Z away because of the power to weight ratio. Traction is another story, but at least we can put on a good show! :-P

My friend is going all-motor with Type-R head, cams, and Hondata. He keeps asking me to race him, and when I talk to him he gets on the defensive easily even though I tell him his car is theoretically making 200+rwhp and is lighter than mine.

I'm not much of the racing type (newb), but I'm too embarassed to race with my stock RE40 tires.

Do you think new head, cams, and lifters would help your car any or is this for NA apps?

Well before i was f/i i went the n/a way i had hondata/cai/race header/exhaust and i was smoking alot of faster cars than me. I would say my car n/a was making about 205-210whp with the mods i listed i did run it down the 1/8th mile track few times best time was 8.922@80mph with a lil traction problem and hot weather. I only got to make two passes cause the track was packed but i would say it had a 8.7 in better weather and more runs.

I'm not surprised about the internals being stock.

Who makes the cams, valve springs, and ECU kit? Is it Toda? I think it's making almost 230rwhp from base 170-179 (i forgot). It's no surprise the motor has potential.

JoTech is crazy though when it comes to FI. They're soooo good. :-P

I remember calling them one day and asked about tuning FI for my car. I asked for 400rwhp and he kept saying "450rwhp..." I said "NO no, you don't understand. I just want 400rwhp." Again, he insisted "450rwhp."

Yeah toda makes 230whp n/a which is awsome, guys running high 12's with those kits. Yeah kenny tran is a very good tuner they do like to see alot of power but they tune so damn safe he adds more fuel just incase it ever wants to lean out on you very good shop i must say.

I saw a rsx at commerce, ga. dragstrip turn a 13.2 on what looked like street tires. That's a pretty crappy track for good times. I think I'll try and stay away from you guys!

Any reason you went with Greddy over Cybernation? If I had a RSX I'd go with the stage 2 cybernation kit personally.

Im not a very big cn person i guess, but i have always had greddy products and i know how good they are. CN never heard or seen them till the rsx came out not taking away anyting from them but i dont know how there stuff will hold up. But yet again i went with greddy cause the hondata kpro came out so that helps out alot on the tuning part i seen a rsx with a 3inch exhaust and eamange running 9psi only making 270whp so it's safe to say hondata kpro has alot to do with the nice hp i made cause of all the production and test that was put in too make this ecu what it is. I will agree if your building a race car then go cn stage 2 with the nasty big turbo put for my daily driver i like my little greddy kit love being fool spooled at 3,000 rpm.

Someone here mentioned about a 330rwhp all-motor RSX... I dunno where to find info on that. Curious to find out! :-)

It's a lil smaller than a 18g which is used in most of the greddy kits.
