I was wondering if you guys heard any rumors about Nissan releasing a Factory Turbo 350Z? Just curious if they were going to follow in the 300Z footsteps. Would be an interesting ride.

Rumor has it that the new Skyline which will probably an Infiniti product, will have a turboed version of the VQ motor. A turbo 350Z from the factory would probaby kill sales, becuase it would push it over the 40K mark. I think Nissan learned their lesson with the 300ZX. The car just got too freaken expensive, and sales fell off sharply.

 

Introducing a turbo model killed N/A sales? Interesting. Hav e they said what they are going to be pricing the new Skyline at? Is the Skyline going to be AWD as well?

Rumor has it that the new skyline will be awd and will be 50+K. He didnt mean that the tt300 killed the na sales, it basically killed the car. The tt300 was around 40k back then, which was alot. Most of the parts were common with the na, so they were still pricey. (correct me if i am wrong)
