Oh yeah, Sorry I forgot to post.

I replaced both the upper and lower plenum gaskets and the throttle body gasket. Problem not solved. I'm consistantly getting a code for Cyl 6 misfire, so I assume it's a leaky injector seal or a bad injector. It only happens at 650 rpm (idle) and it's almost not noticeble. Regarless it pisses me off, and I'm going to rip back into it soon, hopefully this week. At least my ecu is seeing it now, and I know it's cyl 6 that's having the problem. I also tried bypassing the emanage injector harness and it still was missfireing. I'll let you know once I get it ironed out.

ETX, you may be our savior.

Update to my story: I replaced the UR pulley with my stock crank pulley and like I said before, it idles a little smoother, but I DO get the SES on occasion. It illuminates for about twenty miles, then disappears. I'm half tempted to buy the TS reflash to eliminate the emanage . . . after I get my forged internals Although I won't be able to tune it, do I really want to let anyone in KY touch this thing *LOL* . . .

slightly off topic, i have been considering the emanage, ts flash, or s-afc. Any advice or recommendations. Still NA but going FI at some point after i get to compare JWT kit to APS.

This issue is not something we can eliminate by doing the reflash. It may be part of the fundamentals of the engine or a design flaw. This issue also happened on a bone stock Z before we worked on it and happens on my own modified Z all the time.

Interesting . . . I just assumed it was due to the "richness" of the Greddy stock maps. In either case, my gas mileage sucks, so something has to give

With our Greddy TT reflash, we have different maps between partial and WOT so your MPG doesn't suffer as badly.

the thing i dont like about raising the revs, it that it does not seem to truly address the root cause of the problem. If i touch th gas alittle to get the revs up, it will usually still exhibit the symptoms up as high as 1200 rpm.

you just cant feel it as much.
