Will my car be able to be tuned with the E-01 boost controller? I just recently got the E-01 and looking for a tuning shop in Northern Cali. Will they be able to mess with the A/F mixture and the timing? My untuned dyno run was 310 WHP. After my car is tuned, how much do you think my WHP will be?

 

did you install the tt kit without any tuning whatsover?
supposed to be 5.5 lbs from greddy... from what everyone else is saying, seems like you should be putting out about 340-350 at 5.5 pounds at least... but it seems that i'm making like 22 hp per pound here, and im at a pretty high altitude (5000)
so, if your stock dynoed at 235, 5.5 pounds would be 356 hp...

anyone else have any idears?

 

I got it installed without tuning. I just got my E-01 and now looking for a tuning shop to tune it. I got my dyno at 310RWHP. I am assuming that once my car is tuned right, I will gain like another 30-40 HP....I hope.

 

well if u r using the emanage then ur car should arleady be tuned. The emanage has preloaded maps that are already tuned for the Z. U should be putting down at least 350 to the wheels. Unless u r not using the emanage then ur numbers might be right.
