Anyone developed a noise from their idler pulley after Vortech install? My G has developed one and a friend's 350Z also?

Repacked bearing helped some but reappeared shortly.

Does it sound like a rattle? I had the same noise that got worse and worse. I had Vortech send me out a whole new bracket not just the idler pulley. That took care of the noise for over 1500 miles now.

I just removed my Vortech kit yesterday. I’m going to just clean it up and put it up for sale. I’m going with one of the Turbo systems.

Have had my Vortech for two days. Tension belt pulley fell off on the way home. I'm not having the best luck with this.
