Does anyone know if the PE kit sold in US stores will fit a Jap spec 350z?

Is the US / Jap spec ones basically the same? i.e universal?

I know the Greddy manifolds interfere with steering components so it cant be used on a Jap spec 350, but I believe the manofolds on the PE one are different, does anybody know if the rest of the plumbing will fit etc?

Any info is appreciated.
