Hey Sharif

Just cought this thread... Do you think that part of the gains could be due to the fact that you went from a "7" heat range plug to a "6"? Maybe those plugs were in fact too cold, and passed on too much heat to the coolant, which could have turned down timing.

Not sure about Sharif, but my spark plug refresh did not change the heat range, just new heat range 6 plugs.

Again, I don't think it added horsepower in my case. I think I just reclaimed power that was lost over time due to wear on the plugs.

I didnt realize that "hotter" plugs actually create more HP. Is this the case?
