Plan on buying greddy TT real soon
How much do you have budgeted for the install?
And . . .
What are your plans for the vehicle (i.e. show, drag, combo)?
Although its not included in the purchase of my kit, I opted for the profec e01 since it can act as a datalogger, boost controller, boost gauge, and it accepts the input for other sources (AF gauge). If you have a trusted Greddy dealer, allow them to tune the vehicle with the laptop software or your e01. Only a handful of DIYers have the resources or knowledge to do a proper tune (that will not drastically shorten the life span of your engine).

I might be holding off on this...i can afford the kit, but i was looking at a friend and his shop to help me. But the tuning and install might not get done right nor will i have the money to pay for it...So waiting might be a good thing i guess..Thanks for taking the time with me...made me realize its more than buying the kit and installing with no worry
Installing should not be a huge concern since my kit has been . . . let's say "test fitted."
I would worry more about the tuning, unless you're content to stay at the basic Greddy configuration . . . Good luck!

Just a laptop and the Greddy support tool software. The software and cable are around $119.
You'll also need a wideband A/F guage to confirm your dyno tune with a road test.

Ditto for gq's response . . . you could use the e01, but its a little more cumbersome to go through all the cells and edit. If you go this route, be sure to consult the members here. One wrong move and *bam* you have wiped the emanage clean and your car will not / barely run with black smoke bellowing out your exhaust--its not fun

Turbonetics estimates 8 - 10 hours install and off you go. 385 whp at 8 psi...right out of the box!! Turbonetics literature states $5595.00 plus install will run you $2K less than a non-intercooled Greddy kit...available in January '05.

I'd like to see the Turbonetics at the $4000-$4500 street price.
