This is really a great site for 350Z's, but as for G35's, it's harder to get specific information. Does anybody know any better G35 forums with more general information and devoted to the G35?

What kind of information you talking about? I got all the info I needed here or 6mt and freshalloy and sometimes g35driver. I guess it depends what info you're trying to aquire? Most performance questions I found the answer here.

 

IMO, This is til the BEST site for any issue related to a rear drive coupe with the VQ engine. G35driver is OK, but nobody on the web has the bredth of knowledge or the deep membership willing to share as my350z. Long Live this site

I 2nd what lowrider said. Even though I have more history on g35driver, this is where you get all the technical information. Most of the information that people post on other g35 sites usually comes from here.

 

www.g35frenzy.com but my post will probably be deleted since its a competitor to kyle's g35driver. frenzy is free and has some great, knowledgeable folks there.

 

G35renzy, 6MT, and G35Driver are all free sites as well as Fresh Alloy.

Frenzy does have some good info (See Canton's Ultimate DIY's). But for technical information regarding engines and suspension, MY350Z is not going to be beat by the others.

The others have their ups and downs, just like everything else.

 

I found this site to be the best when it comes to getting information about performance mods. Not to flame the other g boards, but there is a lot of panzy azz posting there. Things like: Should I take my first date out in my g or truck? I visit g35driver.com to find out specifics about the g but stick to this forum for performance.

 

Agreed. This site has the best and most up to date postings on serious mods for the VQ35. G35driver is ok for G specific material, but you have to sort through alot of threads to find the few good ones on modifications. Most of the talk there seems to focus on the Z-tube and girlie color combinations.

 

yeah ive been on G35driver for a long time, but the new changes i really hate. they require you to be a premier member for so many things now. its really quite annoying.

 

i do prefer this site but there isnt enough traffic on this site, alot of old posts. when it comes to info on the G.

thats funny about the comment about "what should i pick my date up in, my G or the truck", hahaha.

 

I agree with you 100%....G35Driver has too many posers....I have to come here to learning anything useful.

 

6MT.net is a good bunch of people, and completely free.

They have less info about modding than g35driver.

 

Favorite forum was g35driver.com, but after they required a premier membership, I went to g35.ca. Not much use at all. I should be backing up my Canadian friends, but what the hey. My choice is now my350z.
