I am going to buy an after market bumper and would like to know how difficult to change it with my stock? anyone had any experiences?

Getting the front bumper off is a pretty simple task. Here is a link where it shows you how to get the front bumper off.

Well i tried it today.....but i could not remove the screw where the fender and bumper touched .....it's freaking cold out side so i lost my patient after an hour ....is there any other more detail instruction? ..
