2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe RESTYLED!!!
Looks like an M-Coupe to me.
Which could mean it might come with the V8 engine, and that would mean the car is aimed at the M3
I don't think Infiniti would put the 3.5L engine in it, because then they would just be taking away the market from the G35. By making it a 4.5L M(M45 Coupe), then they can keep some space between the G and the M.
G35c (V6) = 3-Series (inline-6)
M45c (v8) = M3 (V8 for the new version supposedly)
Makes sense to me

Holy **** if that's the new G35 coupe..I think I may find the Z sittin in the trash!
Funny thing is, with that long nose, it looks more like the original Z car. Hmmm...I wonder how much of this will carry over to the new Z then? Maybe a Z will still sit in my garage then.

Jun +1
If this is the new M coupe, stick it with the 4.5L V8, and the G coupe stays with a 3.7L V6....
I like that lineup, and it makes sense.
Sure, it would be nice to see a G with a 4.5L V8... but it's not going to happen. The "G" is entry-level...

I don't want it if it costs $40k+ or weighs close to 4k lbs.
I'm looking to buy something within next 3-4 months, before I move, so I can take advantage of lower tax in VA (3%).
The choices so far are '06 ZR, '06 Si, '06 s2k, '06 z4 coupe, '06/07 z4 M coupe, and '06 C6.
So, the price is anywhere from $20k - $40k and weight is between 3000 lbs to 3600 lbs.

lol cant beleive people havent posted http://www.nissannews.com/multimedia..._concept.shtml pictures. it doesnt say if its M coupe or G coupe, they called is Inifiniti Coupe. the interior shots on there are of the jeep, the real interior of this concept is real futuristic.
According to Automobilemag this concept is for the next-gen g
This is all they had to say:
"If you think Infiniti's Coupe Concept bears more than a passing resemblance to the G35 coupe, that's because it presages the next-generation G35 coupe and sedan, which are due out later this year. While the exterior and interior styling provide a good preview of the production cars, there is also a layer of show-car glitz here. Don't expect the LED headlights, the pop-up flush door handles, or the side-view cameras to make production. The Coupe Concept's paddle shifters will be a new feature on the next-generation G35, but we're less certain about some of the more exotic interior features, such as the full-length glass roof, the speakers integrated into the headrests, and the purple instrument lighting."

And in another pic, the QX56 was in the background. This is most definitely the next gen G coupe. My guess for the reason its simply called the infiniti coupe concept is because they dont want to release what kind of engine will be in there. If this car indeed has the rumored 3.7 liter engine, then it wouldnt make a whole lot of sense to call it a G35. It may be called a G37. It shares too many styling cues from the current G35 to be anything else. Also, there was never any rumor about an M coupe....only a redesign for the G35 sedan and coupe

I like this coupe's appearance better than the GT-R proto. Just strap a TT in that puppy and put out over 450hp and keep the wt down and it looks good to go (with a few minor changes IMO).
Yeah i'm sure it's a new G35 coupe, there's no way in he!! for it to be M coupe....BMW won't dare put an Infinity badge on it even if i were really an M coupe, BMW would get a big time time lawsuit if they do put on the Infinity badge. Anyway, I really like the headlights and the tailight....I still didn't get use to the split-style front bumper yet. Hope aftermarket would come out with some really nice front bumper.
