Default GheTto-R?

If the G35x has the newer version of the ATTESA awd system, and it is basically a Skyline sedan. Wouldn't that make a boosted G35x an AT GT-R sedan? i mean, if you think about it, the coupe and sedan are the same thing but the coupe can't have AWD.

just a thought.

no i know, my point was factory. i just dont think that a car is gtr unless the manufacturer says it is. if you turbo a lancer can you call it an evo?

either way a boosted g35x would be badass!

sorry, wouldn't it be a pseudo-GT-R34? i was just wondering if anybody knows the limits of the new G35x tranny, and wondering if it could fit into a coupe. it should basically be a drop-in since they share such a similar chassis right? oh well, guess we'll never know until a G enthusiast bites the bullet and sacrifices the coupe sexiness for rear-biased ATTESA sexiness.

ahhhhh, when i win the lottery . . . . .

Jason(believes turbos are for real power and boost; SC are for american muscle)

No... it wouldn't be a drop in and I imagine major mofications would be needed in making RWD car FWD unless you get it from factory. Besides, even if it is drop in, it is not worth the cost...

I actually have seen Z with RB26DETT in it in one of Best Motoring DVD's. I think it also had the ATTESA from R34, but I could be wrong... The car was amazing, anyway.
