Hello, I was looking for a used z but after reading all the tire wear problems was wondering if the g35 used any of the same from suspension parts and had the same problem? Or do they have other problems if I am looking for a used one? Thanks a bunch and great website!

 

the car comes stock with a lot of negative camber, so the insides wear prematurely also.

the g35 like mentioned above does have camber issues as well as the slight tire feathering that plagues the Z's. I'm not sure if it is nearly as bad as the Z but for me my tires wore out rather quickly...

 

Just think of it this way..... if you have a warranty problem, you will get better service with infiniti and you get a infiniti loaner car.

 

I have aol and yesterday they had check and see if your car has any recalls. I have an 02 silverado 4x4 crew cab, it had 4 tsbs. I thought ok, I can tell how many problems the z and g 35 have experienced. granted the 03 would be the first run of them but the z had 59 then 04 was down to 33. the g in 03 had a whopping 77 and then for 04 was down to 27. that kind of scared me so I looked up another favorite the 04 acura tl, also a first year for the new model. It had 99!! then dropped to 35. guess any can have problems but shows the factory did try and come up with fixes.
