If Infiniti did put this out though, they would never be able to top it. Its liek that playstation did to the old Ps2. They made it so that it would break after a year so you would have to buy a new one. Infiniti prob knew that this design is to perfect that they were never going to be able to top it, so they just made the G37 look like shiet.

 

I know that concept looks so much better than what they actually did to the G37. I would take one (concept shown above) in a heart beat, but yeah the rear on the actual production G37 is . Dummies.

Edit: I don't like the wheels... but that's about it. Paint is kinda cool I guess, like a matte chrome or something? It's different.

Wow some of the pictures look weird as if the car was photoshopped (part chrome maybe?).

That production model looks crappy. I wish it would have looked more like the concept. The 06 GCoupe is way better.

 

What happened to the door mirrors. Is this the ultimate case of looks over function?

Sweet ride.
It sux when a manufacturer creates a cool concept but very little, if any, of the design makes production.

 

clean body line. Everything is molded together from the front bumper to the rear. All that is molded together. That could also be the reason why they didnt put this car into production.

I don't think a body shop would be able to do a paint job for this car if something were to happen.

 

you guys know how the Z and current G coupe look sort of similar, right? Im just hoping the next gen Z doesnt lose its meanness and look like the G37. Actually, I dont really care, because Im sticking with the Z33 for another good 6 years lol. But I guess I hope the Z doesnt look whimpy for the future buyers, that would suck
