I like the three aperture front bumper. It should present better airflow for cooling overall, and for the performance upgrade crowd, they are naturals for front brake ducting, a single front mount intercooler for FI, and even an oil cooler/power steering cooler.
The integrated same color rear deck lid spoiler is actually quite a bit nicer, I concur. The "plate" on my G35 has always looked like what it is, a tacked on feature, whether factory provided or not. This is an improvement in design, and hopefully functionality, though I have yet to see any tech info that compares the relative efficiency or amount of downforce generated as between the two. Though technically not a factor of real concern under 60mph, it still presents stabilization benefits and it would be nice to know for those of use with insatiable curiousity about such things.
I like your angle of the photograph from the front of the car. The front fenders are more aggressive, reminiscent of the older British and Italian sports roadsters of the late 60's and early 70's, like the Alpha Romeo 2.6 liter in line 6, and the Austin Healy 3000. The design has a lot more sublety in it.

I dont know this car just isnt doing it for me. My brother just bought a 2002 M3 Convertible with 16K on it for $27,000 through an exotic dealers auction. Its dark silver with cinnamon leather. The M3's are the lowest line of vehicle there. It belonged to Patrick Ewing from the NY Knicks, and has a V1 installed in the rear view mirror, "19 IForged wheels and a full sound system. The KBB value on the car is $37,000 without any of the add ons. And those cars come with 100K warranty on the motor, Id say he got a bargain and lucked out big time. I honestly feel like the E46 M3 can still outperform this car, none of the reviews are out of this world like I had hoped it would be. As for me, Im waiting on the next Z and afterwards picking up a GTR.
