You paid $1700 to have led's added to your headlights?

 

He doesnt do the cut-off mod...he said you can but he doesnt think that it's a good mod to do...Im not sure exactly...

 

I paid for the work not the LED's...They are also custom painted...the 06 headlights dont come with a clearance strip and I got alot of other parts within the price that I bought in bulk...I show my car as well which is another reason behind this...

they make some great looking stuff for sure but some/most of their prices are whack.

 

prices are whack but you get what you paid for..if you want to order from other people and have to deal with the product going out or not working properly then feel free. But my motto has always been that you get what you paid for...same reason when it comes from replica vs authentic..

speedraver how did you do the grille mod? is that wired for alarm or what?

 

It's a 64 led strip that goes back & forth, kinda like "knight rider" scanner lights... (^_^). I use a remote control to turn it on and off.

I got it from the UK about 2 years ago, but they stopped selling them after 7 years. You might find it elsewhere, but at that time, those were the only ones I found and liked.

I've seen others but were way too short.

^^ what did you use for under your door?? did you use leds from ijdmtoy.com?? reason i ask cause im sure they are using your car for thier led strip.

Oh snap! No, I got mine from http://autolumination.com/fixtures.htm.

The ones I have now are 40" long with 48 leds, the ones on ijdmtoy site is only 12" long.... I notice they are using other car pix they jacked from the web as well.

Just connected them to where the original door light is located, under the door.
