need help!! Do anyone of u have this probleM>???

i have a g35 sedan 06 with adjustable back seats and the back seat seem to be making a squeaking sound when i hit a bump =x its gettin soooo annoying.

any idea what it is?

vin, there are bolts loose behind the seats...

i had that on my 05x but dealership fixed it. but it was a loose bolt, sounded like it came from rear deck/doors at times....
