ok.. as title says, i am trying to buy a exhaust that meets these requirements.

1. NO DRONE
2. retains VQ sound
3. Deep exhaust tone

and final choices came down to Fast Intentions Intimidator and Stillen TD. need your opinions. i am willing to spend $1500 so.. one of the exhaust above and maybe a used HFC. if not HFC this time, will get one later on definately.

 

I got the FI intimidator and HFC's in my car. Car sounds amazing. A little bit of drove at 2k rpms, but nowhere else.

I have FI catback on my 06 G35 coupe 6mt. Georgeous tone, no drone (I do a LOT of hwy driving).....excellent customer service and more options. The noise level is perfect for me without HFC's. It is aggresive when you want it but subtle otherwise.

You will not be disappointed!

 

FI no doubt!! though you will have drone around 1900-2200 rpm's

 

I have the magnaflow too and love it, they are cheaper on ebay but I wanted a warranty(the salt on the roads here in winter kills an exhaust) so I got it here. magnaflow 16901, or you can try one of the vendors here, they are allways runnign sales/specials. either way its a great system and very easy to install.
