bigc, how's your car comin along, any new plans for it ??
My car's been in storage for the last 3 months, up here on the Canadian East soon as the weather clears up I gotta double time it this spring to finish all the mods by summer.
I've seen a few threads of you guys hitting your recent SoCal shows, you lucky bastards down there can drive all year round, heh, wish I was down there I could ride and mod all year round! not to mention go see Lakers games

you should take a few weeks off and cruise down to Cali! a bunch of the folks here know your car so you'll get a warm welcome.
as for me, car hasn't changed much since i installed the supercharger a few months ago. i've focused primarily on cooling mods - oil cooler, relocated tranny cooler, etc since boosted motors run a little hotter than stock. i may try out a new bumper soon to help get more flow to the intercooler...after that i think i'm done for a while

^ yea this summer I'll be in Europe, but I definitely plan on going to Cali in summer of 2011, It'll be cool to hook up with all you guys down there, huge car scene in SoCal it'll be wicked to check out all the cars I seen in magazines and the forum up close and personal.
I did that trip to the Toronto if you remember which was 4200km with the G and it ran just fine, from Vancouver to LA is half that around 2000km so it'll be an easy run.

here we go fellas, the car is about to go through it's final transformation. Brief description with some pics for you all.
I been living in Toronto and Montreal for a while now and recently got back to Vancouver. Had the car shipped back from the east just arrived the other week and it's finally in my hands again. So what's the first thing I did ? drove the hell out of it the whole day, then parked it straight in the garage and ripped it apart, going under the knife for some reconstructive surgery.
list of upgrades I will be doing all by myself in the next month or so, if all goes well I should be ready sometime in August
- complete brake replacement, new rotors, new ceramic pads & motul fluids
- ichiba front a-arms (camber arms)
- Sparco reclinable non-bucket seats
- swapping out OEM studs with Nismo extended
- McGard splinedrive lug nuts in black chrome
- custom headlight work that will pwn! when you drive past me at night you will not mistake my car for anyone elses on the road, (and no I'm not talking ghey LED bulb overload)
- repaint of the front bumper, grille and new sideskirts
- carbon fiber diffuser installation
- resonated test pipes installation (looking to only enhance stock sound not change it)
- new coilovers (still unsure what to go with for now)
- DPE wheels (is all I can say for now, yall will find out soon what it is)
how the car sits now

using a projector lens in my turn signal and doing a demon eye blinker with red LED, didn't wanna do white wanted to stick with an amber color blinker

some headlight fabrication

doing my whole headliner in suede, for now only got pics of the moonroof cover

reflective white vinyl tape that I will be using as a time attack style stripe on my wheels, should look sweet at night really eye catching, since it's reflective, also LED strip in this picture as well

ichiba camber arms

resonated and flexed test pipes

rotors and wheel bolts are out

CF diffuser, decided to paint half of it satin black

Just tested the LED strip today, they are heat resistant, with resistors built in and come with 3M sticky strip on the back of it.
I will be putting it inside my bumper vent, but unlike how everyone is doing it with the bulbs facing forward I am going to put it on the top of the inlet with the lights facing downards for a cool glow effect

thanks guys, my seats just got in yesterday, brand new pair of Sparco Chrono Roads, the other is in the garage wrapped in plastic I was test sitting in this one for a few hours last night while watching TV, haha

^ that last picture there I couldn't resist but to add my touch to it, the white trim you see was black, so I spray painted it satin white to make it pop
