What size wheel spacers?

You should talk to the place you bought the wheels from. Unless you told them that you want offset 40, I think they don't know what they're doing. They should not sell the wheels with offset 40 and you have to spend more money buying the spacer.
I don't know how long you have the wheels for, but you should try to get a new set of wheels with the correct offset.

I think we need to see it from the side, since I just bought a set of those for my wife's car, but in 19, and haven't gotten a good look at the finish yet. Isn't it a +38 offset?
you could go as much as 26 in back (or order part #TRD-7069 1" wheel spacer/adapter, I use it for my drag wheels, and only $40., it would be ~25mm). For the front, Recommend 10mm. This would give the same offsets as I have on mine, which are fairly agressive (i.e. wouldn't recommend lowering), but dont rub at stock height.

V35 I'm going throgh the same delemma. I'm wondering what sizee spacer I should us for my +37 fronts and +41 rears. The fronts are way too close to my Brembos. I have 19's as well and can probably go as far as 1.5. 2003z where did you order your spacers from? What's that part number?
