Lot's of interesting information here. It appears to me, that there are two manuals one for the 5AT (the posted one) and one for the 6MT. This manual has no mention of the manual, everything is about the automatic. The 19s are also skinny, 225/40 and 245/40 on 8 and 8.5" wheels.

geez. i wish my stock 18's would be 8 and 8.5 rear

 

How wide are the current 18's?

 

they look like 7.5 to me. kinda narrow to be 8.
someone correct me. i dont know much about wheel sizes.

 

Stock 18s on a "G" are 8", front and rear. Look in the specifications section of the manual, and you'll see it. There is no change to the 18" wheels.
