Once you sign up for car domain, you can then start putting pics in right away, oince you upload the pics into the server, you can then post them in forums like here,

the processs of cardomain works like this

step 1 sign up
step 2 upload
step 3 create the page

ive done step 1 and 2

btw cardomain is a free server, so wth will a link to the page proove even if i did have the page up
