X2..to answer about 10.5 and rub...
I am 10.5 in the back and I had significant rub. There is a large lip inside the rear fender. I just rolled it and have had zero trouble since. i think if you went 10.5 with a offset in the 30 range you may not even need to roll. My offset is +20 and +22, which is more of the problem than the width i think, as my rubbing was on teh outter aspect of the tire just above the lettering, not on the top or the tread.
Also just FYI I am on a 285/30/20 on that wheel with 255/35 in the front. The front has had no rub at all. I am stock height.

I am running 19x9.5 FR 245/35 tire and 19x10.5 RR 275/30 tire, stock height and no rubbing issues at all. I am even running a really aggressive offset (+17 and +19). When I lower the car I am going to have to roll the fenders a lot to prevent rubbing and also make the fender match the width of the wheel.
