Default knees problems + 6mt

how many fellow 6mt g35 drivers have had knee surgeries or knee problems in the past? right or left leg? a friend is looking into purchasing a 6mt, but is unsure for long distances or traffic how it will be clutching repeatedly with his left leg. I am no help cause i've had 2 acl repairs on my right leg. it's never really bothered me before, but the gas is a little easier to press and manipulate than the clutch, IMO. appreciate the feedback!

I don't have any knee problems but I don't see that there would be any issues. Has he test drove one yet?

I have two artificial knees. Getting into and out of the driver's seat may be an issue for your friend. In my case, I have total mobility and operating the brake or clutch in any car is not an issue.

Your friend should take a test drive.

repaired knees have a tendency to stiffen up and begin to ache after repeated use, especially after playing a sport-- i can attest to that. he has about a 40 minute drive home from the gym and sometimes there is a fair amount of traffic. He has test driven one a few times, but nothing too lengthy or in too much traffic. i should probably let him borrow my car for a night... but then again she is my baby. thanks for the responses guys, i will def. let him take an elongated test drive in my car. as long as i'm there. haha.
