Default Laser Red 6MT, PIAA Super Rozza's & TEIN H-Techs

It's weird, but I can only post a photo with a maximum file size of 1 byte... so I'll just post a link to another website that allows 100kb file sizes. I hope you enjoy...

Looks great!

Any rubbing with those tires? What is the impact on the TPMS?

The shop that did the install "trimmed" the inner portion of the rear wheel well. They didn't do a good job, but offered to pay for a body shop to tape off, grind down, and then prime/paint/clearcoat the wheel well. I've got my estimate and will talk to the shop that ground away at my wheels WITHOUT my permission today. Fortunately for me, there is no asthetic problem with this "trimming", just a rough and unpainted inner lip surface that might eventually rust if not treated properly.

I honestly think that everything would have fit w/o any issues, but my offsets and rear tire sizes were right at the limit. Either way, when you see the car in person it looks PERFECT!

As far as TPMS, those are still on my stock tires. I've had no lights at all on the dash as of yet. I suppose that's because the TPMS works off of Radar. Since the wheels are in my attic at home they probably are within range of the vehicle while it's parked in the garage overnight. I bet, in the hot attic, after about 6 months the tire pressures in my stock wheels will drop and all of a sudden the TPMS light on my dash will come on.

Looks great.... Man I like those wheels a lot, but damn they are expensive. How would you compare them to say Volk's? They seem to run about the same price. Did you go with the +25 offsets? Also, do you know how much they weight?

The best way to get them is through Pimpinpearl (Josh) on g35driver.com (I believe he also posts on the FI, Nitrous forum here on my350z.com as well). He is a young college student who is trying to make extra mod money for his G35. BTW, he has a connection with the largest wheel wholesaler in the SE, and can get really good pricing. He will sell you the wheels for the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM that he is allowed to sell them for, and will work out really good deals with the tires too.

Thanks for the compliments and tell Josh I sent you his way. I'm trying to work out a deal where I'll get one beer for every referral...

i see you used the tein hs for the 350z. im wondering on a 350 z says .3 front and .2 rear for the hs now on your car you got .5 front and and .25 rear in total drop, something sounds differnet here. i bought the tein hs for the g35 i hope it will ride ok.

That looks way good. Those are the same wheels I would have bought if I would have kept my red 6mt. White is a little harder to decide on....

The z stock suspension is lower than the g suspension in stock form. If you put stock z springs on our G35, you will notice a drop on your G of about 0.5" (from what I've been told). I didn't notice quite that drastic of a drop, but am happy with my vehicle none-the-less. I expected a 0.8" drop front and a 0.7" drop in the rear, but didn't quite get that much of a total drop.

Also, measuring is kind of difficult. There is easily an error of +/- 1/8" in my numbers...

I made an agreement with Racing Zone and Pimpinpearl that I would not disclose the prices. If you are interested in a quote (a damn good one at that) give Pimpinpearl (Josh) a PM and ask him. He primarily hangs out on G35driver.com, but he checks out the FI forum on here from time to time.

Thanks for the kind words guys!

How do the TEIN H-tech springs ride on the stock shocks? Anybody got any stock Z springs they'd like to give up?
