I don't know the specific answer for your wheels, but it sounds like you got hubcentric rings which you should install. I did a quick search and found this:

i never got them or even ordered them for my rims and i switch every season back to oem's for the winter and it still rides fine

like people have said over and over...it's a mix between software and hardware issues. the server needed to be replaced, etc.
