Almost a 12hp gain on the STOCK setup. Curious though, was it truly a stock 350z or did it also have intake, exhaust, pullies, etc.?

Cause I'd think you'd get even more gains with those. And does this require a ECU flash?

It was completely stock except it had 20" wheels on it which lowered the gains. If you add a popcharger and headers and test pipes, you should see more gains. I dont think it requires a reflash but it wouldnt hurt. I believe the NA dyno showed 12-15 HP gains throughout the powerband and not just in the high RPMs. So based on that, I say you DO NOT have to have a reflash. I will not be reflashing mine after the manifold and Vortech install.
