Default exhaust rubbing question

I have the nismo exhaust and 350EVO sway bars

The nismo piping is so thick that it is touching the rear sway bar

It doesn't make any rattling noise or anything, but will the bar eventually wear a hole in the exhaust when it gets really hot?

I've seen those pictures of the Crawford prototype headers with huge burn holes in them - I know headers probably get hotter than the exhaust, but still just curious if I really need to address it now

no, you shouldn't have any issues like that. however over time, you may dent the piping just a tad bit by it hitting the bar. But more often than not, it's just an anoying sound that will bug you. If you don't get that, or don't mind it, then you'll be ok. I would just periodically check it to make sure that it's not putting any undue stress on any flanges or hangers etc....
