I think a good measre of loudness is the good old decibel meter. As an example, Laguna Seca measures sound levels very closely and I was hit with a 99 db........exceeding their 92 limit for the day. Many others say that it was an error, and I think that it was also, but how much of an error? All I can definately say is that I am much louder than I was stock. I will get a professional sound check done and compare with my track readings.
