Just for clarification, hoping for APS w/o the turbo whine, it'd be easier to hear if someone has a clip that's not from that dyno vid on their website.

 

Could owners rate exhausts from most quiet to loudest both interiorly and exteriorly, i.e. stock I would assume is the the most quiet, what exhaust is next! I know Im beating a dead horse but give a new guy a break!!!!

I dont think its the World Sport 2 becuase that is alot quieter and not so sharp, so I guess it must be the N1! The sound between 23secs to 30 seconds in the video clip is like pure ****… That’s EXACTLY how I want my Z to sound!!!

Does anyone know which exact exhaust and if he has any other mods on that car? (Sounds like he has atleast an open airfilter as well)

RSR ExMag GT II - Reving - No Silencers
Reving Sequence - 3k, 4k, redline, 2k blip.
Reving from 15' away. Monstourous sound. Very aggressive, sounds like a very deep formula car. Sounds even better under bridges or in parking garages...teehee. Without the silncers this exhaust can set off car alarms.

RSR ExMag GT II - Reving - With Silencers
Reving Sequence - 3k, 4k, redline, 2k blip.
Reving from 15' away. Sound is similiar to stock. Much thinner sounding, not bassey at all, I would describe it as more gargely.

The best thing to gauge here is the sound of the exhaust in comparsion to the sound of the engine reving. Without silencers, the cabin is filled with sound and the exhaust note is heard quite clearly, the engine is almost inaudible. It can be hard to talk on the phone at times.

In this clip the note is much thinner, and the engine can be heard more than the exhuast. In cabin noise is similiar to stock, with this exhaust being a bit more noticeable.

Man if it looked a little closer to stock, man that bad boy would be on my z. you are a lucky guy, keep up the good work. Also, well done on the clips, by far the best comparo of one exhaust with silencer and w/o. Damn, I just read your sig and you don't even have headers or test pipes. NICE............

 

that Stock Exhaust + Helix High Flow Cats was awesome I think I'm going to have to do that cause I'm liking the stock sounding. The cats seems like it just makes it louder!

(Note: Turbos quiet down the exhaust, so its not as loud as in NA form)
