Sorry, I'm bowing out of this GB. I decided to go with a 1/2" Motodyne spacer. I think it's a better product because it raises volume all around the intake manifold and shipping is lesser since he's in Socal.

That only makes sense if the problem was lack of volume in our plenum. That is not the case. The problem is an uneven flow of air. The angled plenum makes an effort to equalize this flow however a generic spacer will not. The concept of the an angled plenum makes more sense.

My 2 cents if anyone is interested.

are these spacers for both the z and the g...or different sizes for both models. i already ordered but just want to make sure i get the spacer needed for the z. the list is long so looks like the 40+ price is a lock....is mine in the mail yet?

Not so much the cost of shipping, but the time it will take to get here.

I think UPS ground to cali will be about 4-5 business days.

But the major factor was that the motodyne raised the manifold all around rather than just the front. Let's hope that extra volume in the rear will aid hp gains.

Can anyone help me. First timer on a group buy. I can't seem to get a hold of the"man" in charge with pm's etc. The group buy ends today. I'm on the list #38 .

The question I have is I am still eligible for the group buy discount so as long as I pay before the 13th of FEB. "- All payments must be received no later then 2/13/2005" Correct?

That's the way I understand it. Just make sure you get your payment in by the 13th and you should be good.

Also, I think they were clearing out of the shop for the weekend - read that somewhere back in this thread. He should be getting back to us with payment confirmation Monday.
