Default Difference between $200 and $400 y-pipe... next to nil?

Just curious why some y-pipes are around $400 (fujitsubo, JIC, etc) and some are $200 (OBX, topspeed, etc). I would understand if the materials or design were radically different, but when they both use 3" stainless piping with mandrel bends and 3/8" flanges tig welded on, what is the reason for the difference?

some have resonators, and some don't, no? i have unlimited's, which is very beautiful, very hq and should be for $400, but since no one sees it on the car, if i had to do it over again, i prolly would have bot the less expensive one. good question.
btw, the resonators (i assume that's what those bendy things are) allow for much easier install and a better parts alignment, imo.

those "bendy" things are flex pieces not resonators
