Anybody have trouble getting responses from Kinetix customer service? I returned an older style plenum (version 3) that had cracked for a refund. It was my second attempt (version 2 cracked as well) and I don't feel like swapping out anymore plenums so i was hoping just to get my money back. I sent it back UPS as I was instructed with a note and I received no response. I sent an E-mail and I got a response asking for tracking information which I responded to immediately. It's been quite some time now and still no response from Kinetix.

 

No, their customer service is one of the best, if not the best! Send an e-mail to: jamisonl@msn.com If you call, let it ring 3-4 times and hang up before getting the msg. to leave a msg. Keep trying as they might be in the shop working Vs office. I have talked to them twice today.

 

I just got a nice E-mail from them, seems like there was a little communication break-down. It looks like everything will be taken care of. The biggest reason I went with Kinetix was because I heard such good things on this site about the way they treat their customers. I'm real glad they came through. By the way I still have their cats and I have no issues with them at all.
