Not exactly, get a K&N Filter recharge kit and follow the directions on the box. The process is more like; spray the cleaner on, let it dry, wash from the inside out, let dry and re-oil, let it dry.
I use plastic ramps to lift the front end and get to it from the underside.
For shorter service intervals, buy a second filter so you can quickly swap them and then spend time later cleaning it.
