i think the helix are probably the best right now. they flow like the RT's, but have a metal matrix catalyst instead of the ceramic (which apparently falls apart). i have had the RT's for about a year, and have been very happy with them.

true...but what you don't know, is that sbcbaseball is deaf, so he doesen't know what his exhaust sounds like. it's a sad story. we do know what the aftermath of a california buritto sounds like, though.

Test pipes make the car sound to Raspy for everyday use for me.... SOME LOVE the sound they get. There are tons of sound clips out there search them. It sucs and takes time but Its worth it then spending 1+Gs on something u wont like...

Default Do these rasp?

As soon as I added my DC headers my Kinetix cats started to rasp really bad (I have a Y pipe as well). I'm looking for another set of cats which don't rasp. I've read the Crawford will rasp as well - give the proper combination of exhaust components.

I like test pipes. The ultimate in flow and great sound. Louder? ya, of course... but don't you wanna be mean It sounds different than coffee can Civics too, if you are worried about that. I agree if you want tame, emmissions-passing HF cats get metal not ceramic. Actually just go buy a G35 so you can have a back seat and fit golf clubs in the trunk, at the cost of .5 on your 1/4 eta j/k
Those Helix look like pretty good quality in the pics. I personally don't know which is best.
