ps you can see a sample in my link/sig...
Sorry...I f'd up!

I had crawford cats on my mind and posted $500 bucks. They're $1150...still the best IMO, just look at that piping!

If you want cheap TS Headers go to deluboyzparts on EBAY. That's where mine came from.

The coating process is about 2 weeks door to door. Maybe even less, depends on what your asking to get done.

Yes, but I doubt anything noticable as they are not enclosed in the engine bay. Not really worth it IMO.

jmo and exp: even with the jethot sooper dooper coating, with those monster crawford headers, my engine bay still gets so hot it boils the fluid in the clutch line, necessitating very high-temp brake fluid.
other than letting your car idle for 2 hours while listening to the radio, what's your engine's biggest enemy (a la castrol commercials)?
ps: i don't think you can jethot the cats, cus the coating will get on the convertors. your engine will faw don go boom!

I coated mine for three reasons... it's really up to you for an extra $100 bucks. I just sent all my stuff in one batch

1-stealthiness... won't attract attention, especially after some grime clings.
2-T304 stainless is not truly stainless forever, a baked on paint helps.
3-The cans practically touch my floor boards and they do sit slightly into the engine bay, so less heat is always better.

Just go to ebay and type in 350z headers...deluboyzparts will pop up He doesn't sell them by the "NAME", some technical reason or agreement with TS.

I've got a little over a thousand miles on mine and couldn't be happier.
I'm trying to write a review for my original Cat + Header thread, but currently looking for a place to put my VIDS. Rev shoot, Interior shoot, and take off shoot

One word IMO, YES. Especially if you go S/C! They are too many lines and wires near the modusa shaped headers.

Lonvevity increase by a potential 20x with regular driving conditions, heat reduced by almost 50%... Quick exert from the JETHOT video...they had a top fuel driver from Castrol explain how their headers with the coating lasted 4x longer.
