Default y-pipe rasp

I noticed that recently my new y-pipe is kinda raspy in the mornings or when my car has been sitting for a little while.

Once I have driven it a little the rasp goes away.
You think that one of the exaust gaskets are bad?

Could be that the engine needs to warm up, or maybe the bolts need to be re-tightened on the y-pipe.

I have the Gruppe-S Y pipe and i ran my vehicle before i put on my HFCs and DID NOT have any rasp with it.
Now that i put the HFCs on, i have a rasp.

Make sure you check the gaskets on the cat side, my Gruppe-s gaskets sucked. Swapped out for a new set of stock gaskets, cleaned some of the sound up but not all. You could see the carbon depots where the gruppe s gaskets were leaking...

anyone know where we can get a good set of 2.5" and 3" gaskets?

I know my local parts store has non metal type gaskets, but I would assume the metal types are better?

Stick with Nissan OEM gaskets.
