Borla TD with Nismo sway bars?

Borla TD with Nismo sway bars?
Will the Borla TD fit around the Nismo sways bars? I noticed a pic where the stock rear bar seems to go over one and under the other.

I have the Borla but with the Stillen sways and no problems here.
