Nismo headers i would say around 11-15 rwhp, depends on exhaust and cats! If you want the best headers for the same price, Crawford headers are the way to go, $1050.00 bucks with free billet oil cap!! With the helix test pipes, crawford plenum and headers i gained 25 rwhp throughout powerband, and 40 near redline!

Headers, are the one of the best N/A mods you can get! They airflow is ten times better, I mean have you seen the stock manifold it is so restricted. Although with some headers you may lose torque its worth it. Ive heard that short tube headers actually lose torque. But the hp gain is worth it.

eh I think headers are good, but they're not quite the HOLY FREAKIN CRAP!!!! mod that a lot of people act like they are. I have crawfords. They're nice, I like em. They're usually good for around 10-12whp.

Nismos won't do 11whp. Maybe 7-8whp

Who are you asking? If your asking me i dont have any yet. Im picking up my Z from the dealership today. Cant wait. I want headers, intake, exhaust done almost right away though. Like i said im new to the 350Z market. What are good company's to go wtih for that. As far as exhaust sounds i wanted something that really rumbled, and cold air intake for it. I just want best quality/biggest HP gain. Please let me know what you guys think as far as what you think the best company's are out there for that stuff.

They can make more than 7-8 rwhp. I picked up 12 whp with my Nismo headers.

1flyz, feel free to PM me if you're interested in the Strup headers. Search around, we've received great feedback and they produce respectable gains - in line with the rest, and better than others. Quality and customer service is what you would expect from such a company also. also backed by a two year warranty.

You could install them yourself if you were motivated - save yourself time and money as compared to getting other sets installed where there have been reports of 10-12 hours of labor, having to lift the engine, drop the tranny, etc.. fitment issues.

These headers fit perfect, and come with extra hardware and step by step install instructions.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Alphawerks all the way! gave me 21rwhp.
As well they are cheaper than crawfords, nismo - you can get them from avalonracing for around $700.

I love it. There is only 1 thing wrong with it. When i got it from the dealership i didnt notice but in 1st gear it sounds weird. Like something is loose and rattling. When i push in the clutch from 1st to neutral it makes a clunking noise. and then rattles up front. Really weird. And also the place where i bought it. They forgot to put in the back right bolt to the wheel. lol Other than that its pretty quick for stock. Faster than my Lexus was stock. Im happy with it. There are alot of pros and cons from my Lexus to the 350Z

It is normal. It's the flywheel. From what I've read, it gets worse if you install a lighter flywheel.
