I'm not 100% sure but I believe the NISMO Weldina is the JDM version of the exhaust.

i dont think there is a difference. on the performancenissanparts.com they have the Nismo S-Tune Exhaust for $950 and in the photo it has Y-pipe, mid-pipe, and muffler.....so i think Weldina was the company that made the exhaust....although many people say Fujitsubo makes the exhaust.....

I think Fujitsubo makes the exhaust which is marketed in Japan as a 'Nissan' exhaust (it is Titanium).

weldina is NISMO's marketing name in Japan

The JDM Weldina and the US NISMO Exhaust are the same piece

both are made by Fujitsubo for NISMO.

However, the Fujitsubo Legalis series are different from the NISMO in terms of resonators, canister, and package (NISMO has a Y pipe, Fujitsubo's Y pipe is sold seperately).

The NISMO exhaust is quite raspy and boomy compared to the Fujitsubo Legalis series as well
