Recomendations for Exhaust & Cool air

Hey Guys- Question? Im lookin into getting a cool Air Intake system and a new exhaust system for my 04 350Z. I want to get the most quiet exhaust possible.Any suggestions for both?

K&N Typhoon Intake. Love mine.

Quiet exaust? is there such thing? hehehe.. If you want stock sound but a bit louder .. go Nismo.

I hear the nismo exhaust is nice. Keeps the stock sound, with a slightly deeper resonance I think. Someone that has one can probably say. Why not loud and proud?
