Default high flow cat question

about to order some hi flows, do i need to get them w/ or w/out an O2 sensor boss? I thought i saw a port for the sensor on some HFC's from aftermarket companies, but i also thought i saw them on some headers... don't know what to get. thanks.

Take a look at these photos

https://my350z.com/forum/intake-exhaust/154819-headers-and-cats-installed.html

and you'll see each header has one sensor port, and each cat has one. The objective is for OBDII to look at before (catalytic converter) and after (catalytic converter) gases and compare the results. High-flow cats will have sensor ports because they're designed to replace the OEM cats and be street legal. Most headers that you find will also have sensor ports. There are full-race headers available with NO sensor ports, but the street performance headers will have them.

i got two magnaflow cats w/ o2 sensor ports, they will be installed tomorrow, the HKS Hi Power Ti mufflers went on earlier this week, so by friday I'll have pics/sound clips up, dude my exhaust sounds truly amazing, I'm so happy with it, I hope the cats dont kill it, louder would be acceptable, but i dont want this tone to change one bit, its absolutely perfect

Fantastic. You’ll be pleased with the high-flow catelitic converters. The exhaust may be a bit more loud - that’s about it. Looking forward to photos.

Yes, keep us updated. I am getting some alphawerks headers installed soon and am trying to decide to keep the stock cats or go with HFC. I DO NOT like rasp at all so I am avoiding test pipes.
