of course, don't take my word for it, since I'm not a rep for Nissan NA, but to the best of my knowledge, the answer is no. They should not void your warranty for those external mods. If you were to install cams, for example, then I could see them having an issue. I would recommend calling a coupel dealerships anonymously and asking their service dept manager about it. Lot's of auto manufacturers support aftermarket parts and still honor warranty's. For example, BMW NA sells and supports Dinan parts.

Your best bang for the buck is gonna be the Motordyne plenum mods anyway!
