You also sent me an email on September 26 stating that my exhaust was in your Japanese warehouse and that it would be in the next shipping container within the next 2 weeks. I'n really confused now. Is this just the standard reply and it's not meant to apply to any particular order?
It's no standard reply. The documentation we had recieved from the supplier at the time I mailed you was not accurate. (unfortunately, the documentation does not always indicate specific chassis code for parts) The Amuse exhausts that had arrived at that time were for the G instead of the Z. (I believe you were notified of this when the exhausts arrived and turned out to be for the G?) Anyhow, I sincerely apologize for the delay. Rest-assured, we are an honest and honorable company and we will refund your purchase if it does not arrive within the next 6 weeks.

I certainly would appreciate a refund if you can't deliver the exhaust. i am disappointed that your company had to be prompted to notify a customer that there were problems in getting the part, and that there would be significant delays. Thanks for the update, and I do hope that it's in the shipment that you expect in the next two weeks.

I had hoped to get your customers' opinions and experiences with Bulletproof when I first posted this, and not to strong-arm you into a reply. I do appreciate the fact that you came on here and tried to set the record straight. Thanks again

Once again we do apologize for the delays I personally apologize for not alerting you sooner. Unfortunately we've been kinda short-handed recently and we've closed the shop temporarily for the D1GP event in December and again for Tokyo Auto Salon earlier this month so things have been a little slower than we'd like. Another issue is that I handle all the translation with the Japanese staff when they're here and that has pulled me away from my regular work quite a bit. As I said though, we're making alot of changes in the company for 2006 to improve the company all around. (more employees, expansion, and I think I'm getting set to be only doing website design/graphic design and japanese relations)

Just a little off topic, isn't it? Want to try the Classifieds?
