Default HeLP!! installed 5/16" iso thermal spacer and now its running really HOT@@!!!

I installed an iso thermal plenum spacer 2 nights ago. easy as can be for the install. First night it was fine, but since yesterday when i start the car up in the morining, my heat gauge will go to almost "H" on the scale and move up and down for about 20- 30 minutes unless I am driving on the highway! also I think I hear that my radiator fan is almost always on!!!!!! can someone help me with this? After I drive for close to 1/2 an hour or so it goes back to where it was before on the gauge (1/4 the way up), or when Im on the highway it is fine also. But at a stop its running really hot. Has anyone else had this problem? Someone help?!!?>!?>!@#@

That sounds like you got air your cooling system not a problem with the spacer. I had air trapped in my radiator and it made my temp go from normal to H and then back down. It fluctuated like that until I got all the air out. I released it by opening the radiator cap once the car had cooled down.

either air or your just leaking coolant somewhere.. leave the rad cap open and squeeze on any rad tubs.. squeeze it at the highes tpoint and this will push the air out a lot quicker.

Also it can be your Thermostat. They suck. So after you get all the air out of your cooling system see if that helps.
