Default Replacement Engine Air Filters?

Hey everyone, today I looked at my filter and its pretty dirty. I decided I should change it soon. Now here is my dillema. Rather buy the OEM one from nissan for like 15 bucks or pay 30-40 for a K&N reusable filter or just save up and get the Pop-charger.

How long are these reusable filters good for? I know you have to clean them, but when should you replace?

Also the K&N filter says it improves airflow, bla bla bla compared to the OEM one. I agree, but is it just as good as the pop-charger? Seems like the pop-charger is less restricted since its just a filter on a tube, while the others are a filter in a box on a tube =P

Just get the K&N. Good flow and it will last forever with regular cleanings.
