apexi N1 or Borla TD

apexi N1 or Borla TD
Having trouble deciding what exhaust to get. I have Ultimate racing hi flows and a pro 1 y pipe. I was going to get the Borla TD but then I heard a clip of the N1. What do you guys think? I want the car to sound mean without being rice but also want get the best performance.
